中西方饮食习惯联系和区别
东西方饮食文化中无非两种食材：素菜和荤菜。都有蔬菜、水果、奶制品、豆制品、肉类、蛋类。不同的是西方饮食以肉类为主，东方的更多是荤素搭配，以素为主。
在主食方面，东西方均以谷物为主，如大米和小麦。不同点是西方更多的吃小麦和玉米等，东方主要就是大米和小麦。
在烹饪方法上，蒸煮烹炸和诺方法都是相同的。不同的是西方制作方法少一些，东方的更多。
在食材的处理方法上，西方更多的是以鲜食为主，东方有很多腌制食品。
在作料方面，均采取了各种香辛料和调味料。均有油盐，而胡椒、茴香、大料等都有使用。
