呼市有特色的还挺多,不过内蒙古的土豆、莜面、酿皮、烩菜都很好,就莜面而言,就有很多做法,我最喜欢的就是凉拌莜面和炒莜面,还会有替他很多做法莜面鱼鱼等,隆重推出烤全羊,很不错的。还有很多小吃、小菜,比如说过油肉土豆片、羊肉烧麦、炸臭豆腐。还有很多,一时也不能全想起来,不过差不多了,你可以参考。

内蒙古有什么好吃的特产

特产有黑木耳、灰鼠皮、瓜子、小茴香、麝香等。

1、三青山粉条
松原市长岭县三青山镇生产的马铃薯粉条,历史悠久,粗细均匀、无并条,洁白有光泽、半透明状、色泽纯正,耐煮性强、不沾不稠、柔韧滑爽,无肉眼可见杂质。
2、乾安糯玉米
乾安糯玉米产于松原市乾安县,乾安糯玉米果穗完整,籽粒饱满、穗形美观一致,米香浓郁,果穗经过加工处理、速冻保鲜后能够保持其特有的“原汁原味”,具有独特的品位,集色、香、味、粘于一身。

3、奶皮子
松原因临近内蒙古,部分饮食偏向内蒙古,有一道美食叫做奶皮子。奶皮子是把马、羊、牛和骆驼鲜乳倒入锅中慢火微煮,等其表面凝结一层腊脂肪,用筷子挑起挂通风处晾干。
4、奶豆腐
